Engine Co 27 responded for the reported "large vehicle" fire on Shippensburg Rd in the area of Loop Road (5-9). DFC Woodward arrived with a pick up truck well off, trailer and loader starting on fire and 2 brush fires burning. Engine Tanker 27 arrived and split crew. Crews knocked down the trailer/loader and then the truck. The other crew kept the woods fire in check. Rescue Engine 27 positioned to supply the ET.
The roadway has been closed for an extended period due to the fuel runoff on the roadway.
