Last Evening Company 27 was alerted for an auto accident at Buchanan Valley Road and Church Road. Rescue Engine 27 found the accident in the 1400 block of Buchanan Valley Road with one vehicle on its roof and two injuries. Brush 27 handled the landing zone for air-medical behind Company 27.

BVFD had a total of 14 Volunteers with the Rescue Engine, Brush and direct responders. The roadway was closed for several hours for an investigation. BVFD will not be posting pictures of the accident scene to allow PSP sufficient time for their investigation. Thank You to the Fire Police that remained on scene for hours.
