Another June Outdoor Drawing is now in the books. The Buchanan Valley Volunteer Fire Department would like to start off with saying THANK YOU. This THANK YOU is for the great crowd that came out to make our famous Outdoor Drawing what it is We would also like to take time to say THANK YOU to all the VOLUNTEERS that made this event happen. From ticket sales, set up and tear down, food prep and cooking, grilling, standing for hours selling small games and taking time away from their families: with a common goal to help our Community. A THANK YOU to the transfer Companies from Heidlersburg Fire Company and Upper Frankford Fire Company for covering "The Valley" during the Event.

BVFD hopes that everyone that attended the Event had a great time. We were very happy with how the food lines never were backed up, as well as the new handicap parking area. Mark your calendars for the Fall Outdoor Drawing being September 28th. We were handing out tickets yesterday and will be mailing out in the next few weeks.
