12/06/2023 shortly before 11:00 AM Company 27 was dispatched to Church Rd (Box 27-1) for a reported log skidder on fire, Engine Tanker 27 responded with the Lieutenant and 4. Assistant Chief 27 arrived on location to find the engine compartment of a log skidder on fire. Engine Tanker 27 stretched a line and made quick work of the fire.

After getting everything cleaned up Engine Tanker 27 was out the door again for smoke in a house in Franklin County (box 16-1). First arriving units found a pellet stove malfunction and reduced the assignment.
