This evening Rescue Engine, Engine Tanker and Special Unit 27 with 10 total responded for the house fire on Buchanan Valley Road (27-5). Enroute units were advised of a fire involving the rear of the house with a wheel-chair bound resident unable to get out. 27 units quickly arrived to find a fire running the void space in the rear of the house with the occupant outside.
